In order to respect your time as well as the time of our team we have put these policies in place.


CANCELLATION & NO–SHOW POLICY

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or change any appointment.

Same day no-call/no-shows will be not be able to book again without a credit card on file. In the event of a second no-call/no-show the credit card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service value.


Because canceling on short notice or no-showing your appointment prevents other clients from being able to book, our policy ensures that our busy and talented team are compensated for their valuable time. 

LATE POLICY

Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving 10 or more minutes after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule at their stylist’s discretion. 

Please call in advance if you anticipate that you may be late and your stylist will let you know whether they will be able to accommodate the timing change.


​Please find alternate care for children under the age of 12 without a scheduled appointment. ​
