Jen has over 26 years of experience in the beauty industry. She attended the Aveda Institute of Minneapolis and has expanded her knowledge in the latest hair styles and color trends through continued education in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles and Kentucky. She opened refined REFLECTION with Katie in 2015. Jen enjoys working with clients to come up with styles individualized to their needs and strives to exceed their expectations.​​

Stylist


Kate discovered her love for hair when she interned at a salon during high school. She joined the salon industry in 2020, and our team here at refined REFLECTION in 2024. Kate takes the time to understand her clients’ needs and dedicates herself to achieving their desired look. Her favorite part about being a stylist is getting to know her clients and making their days better. She believes in continuing education and is always keeping up with the latest trends. ​​

Advanced Practice Esthetician & Stylist

​​Kami is a gifted AP Esthetician & hair stylist who is very passionate about helping others feel confident and love the skin & hair they are in. She believes that taking time out of your day to take care of yourself is essential to maintaining your inner and outer beauty. Kami joined our team here at refined REFLECTION in 2023. She brings customized services to each and every client, giving them the optimal salon & spa experience with her skills and upbeat attitude.

Katie started her career in the salon industry in 2007. She attended the Minnesota School of Business and graduated with honors. Katie managed a local salon for many years before deciding to branch out and explore the world of entrepreneurship. She opened refined REFLECTION with Jen in 2015. Her knowledge and love for the world of business has continued to grow, and she has broadened her horizon through media marketing, accounting, networking and business management. Katie is always positive and easily approachable. She will greet you with a warm smile and make you feel comfortable before your services even begin.
